You will work closely with our scientific team on projects focused on improving, validating, and expanding existing virology-based assays. The role is suited to an early-career scientist who enjoys hands-on laboratory work, experimental troubleshooting, and learning new techniques.

You will work closely with our scientific team on projects focused on improving, validating, and expanding existing virology-based assays. The role is suited to an early-career scientist who enjoys hands-on laboratory work, experimental troubleshooting, and learning new techniques.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform laboratory experiments according to established protocols and experimental plans.
Develop and optimize cell-based and virology assays to improve performance, reproducibility, and robustness.
Perform routine cell culture and molecular and biochemical laboratory procedures.
Contribute to experimental design, including appropriate controls, replicates, and optimization strategies.
Analyze and interpret experimental results and contribute to troubleshooting.
Maintain accurate experimental records and contribute to data analysis and reporting.
Support the development and validation of new assay formats and workflows.
Communicate results and observations to the research team and contribute to scientific discussions.
Follow laboratory safety, quality, and documentation procedures.
